This is a production support role focused on analyzing software issues and documenting recommended fixes. The candidate will work with the software engineering group to document long term fixes. This individual reports into Infrastructure Operations organization. Responsibilities include: .Analyzing and diagnosing product related issues that arise during day to day operations. .Ability to quickly resolve these issues and document them in a timely manner in order to meet service levels and standards. Interface with different departments within the organization regarding production issues and new deployments. .Monitor systems for expected performance and be available for 24x7 on-call support. Resolves escalated complex Trouble Tickets within the established timeframes while providing quality customer service. .Proactively monitors and controls all production systems and networks to maximize systems availability.
