* Ability to implement/apply technical application and data architecture
concepts and develop detailed design for the solution components.
* Manage Releases (Candidates, UAT, and Releases). Interaction with Project
Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Assurance teams to promote the releases.
* Document and complete Transition to Operations checklist and review
process with project/development team to ensure successful transition to
long term support Certification: Additional Comments: Customer Focus -
Resolves customer issues when possible; escalates issues upward when
necessary. Seek to improve products and services by delivering new
processes and technologies which meet customer needs.
Build and maintain good relationships with the SBUs, internal ETC customers
and ITC as a supplier/potential customer.

2. Track record of delivering on time/on budget
3. Ability to work with people/teams in a remote-working environment
4. Ability to work with multiple vendor teams and cross functional groups.

The Application Developer is responsible for the analysis, design,
construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical
information technology solutions through application of appropriate
software development life cycle methodology.
The skills progression identifies responsibilities ranging from basic
programming assignments to being able to function in a single discipline to
advanced specialty disciplines such as assembly/integration,
cross-discipline functions, data engineering, industry expertise, knowledge
engineering, legacy evolution, or system infrastructure
* Applies specialized knowledge in a single discipline such as
assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, knowledge engineering,
industry expertise, or legacy evolution.
* Interacts with the customer to gain an understanding of the business
environment and technical context.
* Validates scope, plans and deliverables for assigned projects Member of
team that develops, tests, implements and supports data integration
components and supports UWT (upstream workflow transformation) applications
and solutions specifically in the Reservoir Management space, using best
software practices by following end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle
processes (planning/scheduling, specification, development, testing,
maintenance and support).
Will also be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise,
debugging and troubleshooting for common solutions and technologies in
support of existing and future deployments aligned with the roadmap for
deploying common solutions across the business.
Will also lead efforts in identifying, prioritizing and resolving user
issues with the common applications and provide initial functional
expertise.
Will be supporting Integrated Asset Management (IAM), system that
integrates data and knowledge of an asset into one environment for
continuous decision making and optimization.
Education: Education and Experience equally evaluated for relevance.
