TITLE: TEST SYSTEMS ANALYST  (1 Year)
LOCATION: Normal, IL
All Jobs(except  noted ) have a 1 Month contract that run till 12/31/08 then
they come up for a year renewal at that point and about 90-95% of them get
renewed.
Rates- OPEN

Have Rational Testing background - have had to understand how the Rational
Testing tools work.
Have Rational Testing tools upgrades/transition experience.
CQTM - expertise - or at least have Test Manager knowledge and can dive into
with Test analysts on what that transition is going to be like for our
existing test cases, test scripts, and such that have been built from Test
Manager, Rational Functional Test, and Rational Performance Test while
working with the direction from the tool support and process support teams
of the Systems department.

Test knowledge of setting up test cases, test scripts in a product centric
view of artifacts of an application.
ClearCase UCM knowledge

Coordination skills working with strategic view point and business testing
teams on getting everyone on the same page by driving out issues, direction
needs, and documenting the outcomes.

Align the work of need and prioritization of who and what needs to be
tackled.

Host - Technology COBOL and PL/1

Has experience in UCM determination for a certain technology or business SCM
needs.  Not necessary to know COBOL and PL/1 knowledge just would help in
the conversations with analysts.

Has knowledge from a product centric view of set up in Rational ClearQuest
and ClearCase

Coordination skills working with strategic view point and business
development teams on getting everyone on the same page by driving out
issues, direction needs, and documenting the outcomes.

Align the work of need and prioritization of who and what needs to be
tackled.

Work to drive out requirement needs in the Host Development space.  Able to
work at the bigger picture of the development space and the other processes
that either integrate or impact the development space.  I.e.; ITIL Change
and Release Management, Testing organization and Quality management.

Development space

Coordination skills working with strategic view point and business
development teams on getting everyone on the same page by driving out
issues, direction needs, and documenting the outcomes.

Align the work of need and prioritization of who and what needs to be
tackled.

Work to drive out requirement needs in the Development space.  Able to work
at the bigger picture of the development space and the other processes that
either integrate or impact the development space.  I.e.; ITIL Change and
Release Management, Testing organization, Infrastructure organization.

Coordinate a bundle of work in moving forward a team to research, document,
test, implement and communicate/present a new development tool or
process/procedures to improve the development practice.

Rational Tool Suite knowledge can help put not necessary.
