*Description*: Major projects currently underway include: -Procuring, designing, and deploying a 700 MHz, citywide radio system -Procuring and implementing a records management system with the Police Department -Developing and delivering a case management system with the Municipal Court -Developing a 1-Stop Permitting capability with Administration & Regulatory Affairs -Deploying Wi-Fi connectivity with the Public Library -Implementing citywide VoIP telephony solutions *Skills/Experience* 10 Years: Project managing a portfolio of enterprise-class technology assets from conception through procurement/construction to on-going support 7 Years: Developing and validating as-is policies & procedures, business processes & practices, management structures & reporting relationships, and technology skills and capacities 7 Years: Developing and institutionalizing effective & efficient project & service delivery methodologies 5 Years: Managing IT transformation projects for clients of the size and scope of the City’s IT Department.
