All candidates must be able to make an in person interview for screening 10% Participates in meetings with project managers, technical support, and clients to identify and specify system requirements and processes. 80% *Assists in the design, development, and implementation of new application. *Assists in the preparation of detailed specifications for programs to be written. *Uses specialized skills and technical expertise to assist users in resolving a system problem, or escalates problem to a more experienced systems analyst in accordance with service level agreements. 10% Assists SR. PHP developer in providing alternative solutions and recommending the best solution based upon fact discovery and management. *** Specialized/Practical Knowledge: . Clear understanding of the entire project life cycle including Analysis, Design and Development. . Create high-level technical specifications for use by resources and for knowledge transfer . Extensive experience working with PHP, Apache, HTML, DHTML, XML, XSLT, CSSweb servers and Oracle. . Innovative, self-motivated, delivery focused and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills with peers and users. . Able to work individually and across globally diversified virtual technology teams. . Extensive experience in relational database systems like SQL Server, Sybase, Oraclie, and Relational Database Design. .
