The contractor will be engaged to perform FPGA work, hardware development and related system engineering work and testing. Background The project requires the custom development of a media processing card and includes hardware design, FPGA code development and other software components. Description of Services The Consultant should provide the following work and/or deliverables: - System analysis and design - FPGA code development and testing of solutions - secondarily, schematic entry/design and HyperLynx work - interaction with personnel and third-party developer personnel to discuss results and solutions; and - Documentation of designs and test results.
