3- 6 months One should have extensive experience in the following skills: 1. XI programming with java 2. Adapter configuration experience (FILE, SFTP, FTP, JMS, JDBC, AS2,EDI, PGP encryption*etc) 3. XI tuning, performance, monitoring and alert mechanism experience 3. Any BASIS exposure is good 4. Custom module development (schema validations, generating proxies, developing ear files*.etc) 5.
