The hourly rate is *DOE* * * * * *Project Description: * * * Duties include, but are not necessarily limited to: •Analyzes and documents requirements for information systems. • Develops and/or oversees plans for automated data processing systems from project inception to conclusion, and/or as directed. •Constructs data models and activity/process models as may be required to define system functions. •Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for developing programs. A . Develops logical models, block diagrams and logic flow charts. b. Translates detailed design into computer software. c. Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. d. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. e. Enhances software to reduce operating time and/or improve efficiency. f. Primary skill set is EAE, Agile Business Suite,WFL, web services and DMSII. g. Secondary skill set includes COBOL, ALGOL and all other mainframe software standards. • Coordinates closely with IT management, other P/A’s, other Agency management, other Agency personnel, as needed, to ensure proper development and implementation of program and system specifications. • Develops, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions. • Provides support for the creation, installation, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of information systems. • Conducts and documents the results of special studies dealing with systems and/or business process issues. • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. a. Written and verbal English language proficiency is required. • Experience with SDLC processes including: modification specifications, project schedules, test plans, training documentation, release notes, etc. *Please bold all the required skill sets in the candidates work history.
