*Title:* Maximo Consultant *Location:* NYC *Duration:* 6-9 months contract. *Pay Rate*: Open *Maximo Acuate Specialist* * * 1. 3+ Years working knowledge of Maximo is required; 2. 4+ Years experience writing SQL queries and procedures is required; 3. 3+ Years experience with the Maximo Actuate Report Writer is required; 4. 3+ Years experience in the conversion of existing reports to Actuate is required; 5. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with IT Admin and DBA personnel; 6. Must be able to document and report technical information clearly and concisely. DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: 1. An understanding of other IT technical tools, including Java, Oracle, .NET, XML, UNIX; and 2. Previous QA/Test experience is a plus. *Maximo Java Specialist: * 1. 3+ Years experience supporting or developing Maximo business solutions using Maximo configuration tools, including Application Designer, Database configuration and Workflow experience in a Java Development Environment is required; 2. 4+ Years of solid Java development experience using J2EE along with various Java tool sets is required; 3. 3+ Years of Maximo Business Object (MBO) Development or Maximo Enterprise Adapter (MEA) User Exit development experience is required 4. 4+ Years experience with Oracle databases is required; 5. 4+ Years experience writing SQL queries and procedures is required; 6. 3+ Years experience interfacing Maximo with other information systems through the Oracle MEA and generic MEA, Middleware and other Web service interfaces is required; and 7. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with IT Admin and DBA personnel. DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: 1. Report development using Maximo Actuate is desired. 2.
