REQUIRED: EM is looking for a person that has at least 5 years experience with both Avaya Interaction Center and Peoplesoft CRM. This person will be required to design the email integration between the 2 applications, and will also have to do the development. This person should also have experience with Avaya telephony integration. Must have strong PeopleSoft skill and strong Avaya skills, and have experience with the integration of the 2 applications.
