Sr Dev Lead/Architect (C# or SharePoint) Scrum Master
The client prefers candidates holding a Microsoft (MS) "MVP" designation
(though not required).
A strong Computer Science (CS) foundation is also required.
A CS degree is preferred but each candidate must have a strong understanding
of CS Laws such as: Cohesion, Coupling and Complexity (only an example of
many related laws). For example, can you compare and contrast Cohesion and
complexity...
*The Architect must be a guru for MS TFS (Team Foundation Server) and a Sr
Lead well versed in Application LifeCycle Management (ALM) focused on Scrum
/ Agile methodologies. A Scrum Master Certification is highly preferred.*
*A secondary skill set in either C# .Net or SQL Server is required. While
secondary, the candidate must be well versed as a Sr Developer and
willing and able to handle the most complex portions of a project from a
'hands-on' perspective, if requested. The candidate should complete a
C# standardized test illustrating a score and rating vs a 'global'
population.*
The candidate should have excellent consulting skills and the ability to
work effectively with clients and team members. The Architect must
provide hands-on, repeatable architecture and Proof of Concept development
couple with mentoring/training senior developers who are either onsite
or offshore. Ongoing responsibilities include regular inspection and
architectural reviews through project completion.
