We are looking for an Application Support Analyst in the Alpharetta, GA area. This position will be responsible for testing, debugging, documenting, and installing conversion programs - Use Pl/SQL to initiate conversion routines to execute and test functionality - Monitor program execution for expected performance and results - Respond to errors and issues with unexpected results to resolve - Provide first-tier support to end users of expected output/audit reports - Complete the necessary documentation for process, analysis, and testing as needed
- 2-4 years of Technical Support experience Previous conversion experience required.
