Donnie, Core dumps on NT don't record any errors in the alert.log the way they do on Unix platforms. They will typically create a <sid>CORE.LOG file in either bdump, udump or the default %ORACLE_HOME%\RDBMS73\TRACE directory. If you're lucky it will contain a stack trace that might be useful to help narrow down the common denominator.
Have you checked the event viewer for any errors? When was the last time the server was rebooted? Given that this is a 7.3.3 db, however, there's not much advice I can give.
