If people aren't using SAP, Oracle Applications or PeopleSoft, what are they using?
 
PlumTree portals?  Is that what they mean by Web services?

I think this is good news, Oracle accepting these user groups.
 
It's probably the most cost-efficient, effective way for Oracle to get honest feedback on how to improve their products.
 
The better their products, the more successful they will be it seems to me.
