Michael- 'Taint no "tax free" states, sometimes they just hide it better how they get you (sales tax, property tax, personal property tax, gasoline tax, etc.) Except for maybe Alaska, as long as the oil keeps flowing. But I know what you mean.
Anybody who moves based solely on these calculators needs their head examined. But they can in fact provide useful information. $75K in Spartanburg doesn't look to be below-market.
