Sure !! :) I think the DBA suggested that the Duhveloper reads Chapter 1 from Tom Kyte's book, if not anything else. I volunteered to read it to them using my own copy ;) I would love to do that!!
My boss has read a few chapters from this book (upon my request) and is using his new found Oracle knowledge very well. Helps us a lot that way !!
