Jonny,
that's the total amount of redo generated since the database was opened. Without allowing for redo wastage you've generated filled the equivalent of about 220 online log files.

Can some one explain me about my redo size here please? - my redo files size are 50M and the query below shows me 11Gb.

SQL> select name,value from v$sysstat
  2  where name in ('redo size', 'physical reads', 'db block gets')
  3  /

db block gets                          92,422,816
physical reads                        378,518,865
