Hi,
this should get you the location and size:
 
select member,bytes
from v$log vl, v$logfile vf
where vl.group#=vf.group#;

Thanks a lot Mike! Is there a view to see redolog file location and its size? The only way I know is to alter database backup controlfile to trace ; and do ls -l to see the redolog size.
