I guess that "certain types" of people *will* "get 
recourse" on the list, and "others" won't?

As far as I'm concerned your policy is incompetent 
(double standard), and I will be sending a complaint 
to Bruce and Fatcity that the once respectable, open, 
public list has become a haven for unix bigots.

(feel free to unsubscribe me if you don't have the 
time to do a proper job running the list in a fair 
manner).
