Title: RE: View contents of global temp table
The table may not necessarily be truncated which depends on the setting whether it gets truncated on commit(or rollback) or at the end of the session. no other session can however see the data.

*Your session* should be able to see the rows. If you commit (or rollback) the table will be truncated.  Are you commiting?

it is like any other table ... if the data is committed and you have access you can see data, else no you can't.
