Peter, I used DUL (one of my last "40 hour days") under extreme urgency. We didn't have to fax anything, but then, our senior Vice President did call Ray Lane's secretary to get Field Support to pull someone in off vacation to come to our site, so I guess that's pretty good verification.
The product does what it says it will do... and I hope I NEVER have to use it again.
