The consultant should have iplanet experience.

Job Classification:  Web Systems Engineer 

 

Position Description:  Experience Level: 4 year degree and 7+ years
technical experience with 5+ years web experience or equivalent combination
of education and experience.  

 

Production support web support engineer providing 7X24 expert technical
support and consultation for WebLogic, MQ Series Messaging, and Sun One
Webservers running on Solaris 8, Solaris 10 and RHEL 4 operating systems.
Position also requires significant experience with Big IP F5 Load Balancer
administration, shell scripting for alerting and alarming on applications.
Significant experience using HP OVO is also preferred. Position conducts and
coordinates the analysis, planning and implementation of systems software
and/or hardware. Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, debugs, maintains,
modifies and documents operating systems. Defines systems hardware and/or
hardware requirements and determines systems specifications and/or
customizations. Coordinates the design of subsystems and integration of
total systems. Identifies and resolves highly complex problems. Provides
direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.   

 

Platform and Skill Set Expertise: 

Web Development : iPlanet, Middleware : WebLogic, Systems Administration :
UNIX, Systems Administration : Shell Scripting
