The project is approved and in flight (Analyze Phase). The deployment is scheduled for late September 2010. The project mission is to assist with outsourcing SRM Platform to a SRM service provider. The Lead SAP Analyst will lead the development, enhancement, test, and deployment of the North American SRM environment, working with an external vendor to outsource the procurement functionality within. Must have experience managing or implementing SRM 4.0 & 7.0 and have working knowledge of ECC5 knowledge of HP Quality center a strong advantage. The Lead SAP Analyst must have experience resolving integration issues across SRM 4.0 & 7.0 & ECC 5 required. Lead SAP Analyst is responsible for leading, participating and approving design of project and enhancement of systems. They are designated to project teams within an assigned business unit or corporate department. Lead SAP Analyst is also indirectly responsible for managing project deliverables & deliverables of internal and external resources. Part of the project will involve working with an offshore testing team & the business unit to design, build & executing test cases in HP Quality center. Collaborate with many stakeholders to identify requirements, assess available solutions, recommend options and implement solutions. In this process, Lead SAP Analyst use their extensive SAP SRM functional knowledge, combined with strong knowledge of best practices and business processes to drive to the best solution from a people, process and technology perspective. Resource should also have an understanding of the process of role mapping for a project. The individual must have a full understanding of the Procurement lifecycle from start to finish. Project management and implementation methodology knowledge is assumed. People/Resource management and Vendor Management experience desirable. Position will be located in North America Individual should have a comprehensive understanding of SAP SRM module along with extensive knowledge of ECC5 modules (such as MM, FICO). Experience with SAP Portal is a plus. Candidate must have at least 5 years experience implementing SAP SRM solutions. As a Lead SAP Analyst individual would organize, plan and execute projects from vision to implementation. Candidate should have strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Individual should have a thorough understanding of the main business processes in SRM, preferably in a North- American setting. Individual must have strong communication and project management skills. Candidate must be self-motivated, take initiative and be able to work in a team-based global environment.
