It is 90% modeling vs. 10% architecture; I need a strong modeler who can (and have done it in the past) design large scale systems. 2. SSIS skills is preferable but SSRS is required. 3. The candidate would be responsible for understanding the business requirements and working with the technical team to design (logical & physical) and model the back-end database for a Logistics System. This is a very complex system and hence the individual should have worked on a formalized process using RUP methodology and Rational Tools to design/model the solution.
