DESCRIPTION: SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: Formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to§ solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Evaluates business§ requirements and prepares detailed specifications that follow project guidelines to develop written programs. Responsible to test and lead UAT testing§ activities. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and§ documentation. Responsible for the completion phase of the project to§ ensure success. Exhibits and applies comprehensive knowledge of systems§ analysis to the completion of challenging assignments. Competent to work§ at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. Exhibits and is able to demonstrate the§ relationship of data structures as they relate to systems. Thorough§ understanding of technological infrastructure and how it relates to projects. Has a firm understanding of the problems and issues of clients, the§industry and the business environment.
