The services to be provided include, but are not limited to the following: * Assist with production and documentation of the deliverables. * Perform full scope of development, monitoring, and administrative tasks related to the creation of a .Net/Oracle Web-based application. * Work in integrated team developing software in a set of development environments. * Duties will involve actions related to all parts of the application's lifecycle (development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and limited customer support). * Transfer knowledge to transfer to all intermediate/junior level development team members. * Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: * 6 years of experience with application development experience involving enterprise-level IT solutions. * 4 years of experience of strong Web Development Skills, including: C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (inclusive). * 4 years of experience and skills in the areas of troubleshooting, application and database performance tuning and problem solving. * 4 years of experience performing rigorous testing including coordination with technical support staff for integration testing to ensure quality products before implementation or distribution. * 4 years of experience producing clear and concise documentation (technical & customer). * 3 years of experience with HTTP server configuration: IIS 7 and Database Programming in PL/SQL * 3 years of experience with Visual Studio, Toad for Oracle, Oracle SQL Developer, or equivalent. Experience Visual Source Safe, SourceGear Vault, or equivalent and Visual Unit Testing or equivalent * 3 years of experience of writing stored procedures, triggers, functions and other database objects in Oracle 10g and 11.xxx. * 2 years of experience working knowledge of the requirements and standards associated 508 Accessibility and/or JAWS compliance techniques * Software engineering skills including, Test-Driven Development and Object-Oriented Programming. Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern a plus. * Ability to work in a team environment with minimum guidance and nominal supervision. * Willingness to work flexible hours.
