   Work Experience and Skills:

   - 10+ Years of experience in Business Development, US Staffing and
      Recruitment.
      - Must be out and out an aggressive sales hunter.
      - Focus on acquisition of new customers with ability to work as an
      individual contributor selling to mid sized companies & large enterprises
      (including Fortune companies)
      - Ownership & participation of end to end sales cycle for new client
      acquisitions
      - Participation on sales & proposal presentations
      - Experience in account mining, growth and customer satisfaction
      - Work collaborative with global work force in converting sales leads
      to clients
      - Managing & Nurturing existing customers
      - Responsible for handling and building client relationships &
      facilitating contract / permanent staffing business from client.
      - To mature leads and create them into identifiable Sales
      opportunities.
      - To coordinate and manage person/ team involved in lead generation
      and support them in lead qualification process.
      - Strong sales management experience with customer facing engagement
      skills at all levels Several years of the full complement of the sales
      continuum
      - Profile is majorly responsible for Account Hunting
      - Should possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and sourcing,
      preliminary interviewing, reference checking, salary/Rate
negotiations etc.
      - Use consulting approaches in building highly productive business
      relationships including identifying new client needs and
creative solutions.

   *Desired Profile:*

   - Minimum 10+ years of directly related experience in IT industry (Staff
      Augmentation)
      - Must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and capture new
      business opportunities
      - Disciplined in sales forecast, maintaining customer relationships
      and communication with internal stake holders
      - Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving
      aggressive targets]
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven
      ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships
      - Technically sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends
      - Strong presentation skills, listening skills and customer service
      skills
      - Candidates with contacts and having strong relationships with their
      existing clients will be an added advantage
      - Looking for Candidates who can join within a month or immediate.
      - Willing to work as per US central timings/Night Shift.
