Role: SAP CRM Consultant Location: Irving, TX Duration: 4+Months Rate: Market *Required Skills:* · Must* have 8+ years experience working directly with SAP CRM.* · Knowledge of CRM functions including Contract Management, Complaint management, service management, etc. · Experience with integration to other key CRM areas such as AM, SD, etc. · Design experience in the CRM area including knowledge of specific tables, data elements Creation and management of transports, including log analysis and object analysis within the transport. · Experience drawing requirements out of the business process experts. · Experience in all project phases (blueprint, design, realization, testing, implementation, support). · Experience in using Solution Manager for business process documentation. · Experience using Mercury Quality Center for testing (FUT, UAT, Regression). · Experience as a business user in the contract management or service management area a major plus.
