it says it isn't found when I just created it before I rebooted to install it.
is there a fix for this when you run this thing on hd?

Using saveconfig under 0.6 alpha, this is better to save each proposed
configuration (network, desktop, and so on).
Just for info, two files are then created in the selected partition
(configs.tbz and knoppix.sh). They will be used at the next
boot.

When you select the DECtalk software in the preferences, the previous
dtk directory might be found and the synthesizer might be loaded.
Otherwise, the serial number can be asked or an error message can be
said.
