I'm affraid such a tool is not usuable by visually impaired people.
Thus Oralux could be one (of the more) valuable help for Windows
visually impaired people to repair a bad disk. Amazing, isn't it ?
Anyway I'd prefer such users may definitely give up proprietary software
disturbances.
