Thanks for help.

My linphone doesn't create a default ~/.linphonec file, but I copied
your configuration. I have changed the following options:
contact=sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
reg_identity=sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
username=717013
passwd="savant"

I've replaced the values with my account number and password. But it
still doesn't work, just appears a message 
"Registration on sip:fwd.pulver.com sucessful." every several minutes.
