Hi Bertrand,

I have started Orchard localization as a hobby then the company which I'm
currently having my internship demanded me to translate the Orchard to Turkish.
In particularly, the 'tr' is tr-TR and there is no other dialectic of our
language. The translation I contribute to the community of course relates with
the translation on the .po files with the additions of mine. Before I start
translating, there were almost 990 lines in Turkish the version I have
translated it has almost 1880 lines that makes almost 95 percent of the project
except the Themes section which has not seen so stable to me. I hope what I've
made is useful to the Orchard community. If you have any questions, please do
not hesitate to ask me.

Best Regards.
