Wow, what are you doing to advertise and get so many new people! I usually try to dance with beginners and then when it's over I introduce my beginner partner to another experienced dancer saying "Have you met so-and-so, it's their first dance!" 9 times out of 10 the other experienced dancer invites the beginner to dance the next one.
