If anything paper ripping is a Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).  OCD is an 
anxiety disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, 
ideas, sensations (obsessions), or behaviors that make them feel driven to do 
something (compulsions).
