say "pre-crease." We don't do this, I think, intrinsically to avoid making the 
description of the steps cumbersome, but formally it would be correct, in my 
opinion. Because the crease will only be final at a later stage.

 

Perhaps “Score and Collapse Models” works to describe the genre
