You don't ask for much, do you? :) Actually, it's very difficult to say
"what goes where" as the deployer has a lot of freedom to determine
that. So "it" goes "whereever you want it to." Another issue with this is
determining a single cohesive app that has all this yet is simple enough
for demonstration purposes (and isn't the ATM, which comes with Orion).

Besides, do you REALLY want to see examples of HTML files? (I hear the web
is chock full of 'em. :)
