Problem using admin.jar

Hello,

  What could be the cause for this error:

java -jar admin.jar ormi://10.10.10.117:9000 admin 123 -shutdown

Error: javax.naming.NamingException: Lookup error:
java.io.StreamCorruptedException: Caught EOFException while reading the
stream header; nested exception is:
  java.io.StreamCorruptedException: Caught EOFException while reading the
stream header

Env: WinNT4 SP6,JDK1.2.2,Orion 1.0.3
