HI there. Download the HelloTag.java from the tutorial. Compile it and put it i your /classes/com/acme/tag directory. Then download the taglib.tld from the tutorial and place this in your /web-inf/ directory. After the last major update of the tutorial, there is no mytags.jar file there, if you dont make one yourself.
