Amazing! It would be one thing if this Geoffrey guy was being a jerk, but my reading of his message indicates that he approached the problem very sensitively. This coupled with Andreas' (from SwiftMQ) comment about his similar response from the JBoss folks make me think that maybe they've forgotten what made them successful in the first place...developers like you and I.
