Dear all,

In DJD 6, Carswell wrote:

"What evidence there is for titling consists of inscribed pages de
garde, or labels, sewn on to the beginning of the scroll, of which there
are two instances, form Cave 1 (cf. DJD I, p. 107) and Cave 4
respectively; and also titling written on the exterior of the scroll,
either horizontally or vertically, of which there are three examples
from Cave 4." (p. 24, note 3).

To which scrolls in Cave 4 does Carswell refer?

Please answer privately.

Thanking in advance,

Ehud
PS: Carswell note is made in the context of the case against title tags
in Qumran scrolls.
