Summary: install wizard panels missing buttons

Initial Comment:
when i select a step in the install wizard, it
occasionally presents a panel that is missing features.

for example, the Build OSCAR Client Image initially
only had a text box for the image name. when i closed
it, then reselected that step, it was fully populated.

same thing w/ the Mac Address Collection tool -
initially, it was missing everything below the "Remove"
and "Remove All" buttons - it was obvious something was
wrong when it suggested i push teh Start Collecting
button, which didn't exist.

closing that window (by killing the window, since no
Close button was present) and restarting it fixed this
problem.

i am using oscar 2.2 on RedHat 7.2/ia64.

This isn't a consistent issue, it doesn't happen on ia32
machines, and it doesn't happen with the OSCAR Gold (f/k/a
Gelato GOLD, a/k/a Oscar Linux) distribution.

Any chance you could test with perl 5.6.0? I believe we've
only seen this with perl 5.6.1. This is probably related to the
difference in perl code that was linked into our perl-Tk and the
code in 5.6.1. You could try rebuilding perl-Tk and see if that
solves the problem.

This issue has been noted, and we believe it's an issue with
perl-Tk in that environment. Which version of perl is
installed? 5.6.0 or 5.6.1?
