Summary: default gw AI improvement

Initial Comment:
The gateway setting in the wizard is defaulted to the
server's IP address... this makes sense for a default
if there are two interfaces in the server, implying
that the nodes are on a private subnet.
However, if the server only has a single interface,
then using the server as a gateway device is
pointless, and the nodes should be defaulting to the
same gateway as the server, as the cluster is likely
on a public subnet.
Just an AI improvement we could do...

Hello Dave,

I think this is mostly a GUI issue. Is it possible to add a
field during the "define OSCAR clients step" a "Gateway"
field that will default to the server IP and can be modified
by the user ?
