Summary: OPD list packages that do not work for 4.1
Initial Comment:
Currently the packages listed in the OPD repositories
may or may not work with OSCAR 4.1 - the workaround is
to change the location of the master repository list
(in scripts/opd) to a 4.1 specific location such that a
new list can be put in place which shows only packages
that work with 4.1.
In the future when config.xml can convey restrictions
to OSCAR versions, this can simply be done by a filter.
