Hey David: Have you gone through steps 5 and 6? Basically you need to grab the mac address of the client node you want to install, then assign it to a host. Then when your node boots up (via network) it'll contact the DHCP server for an ip, and then contact the image server such that an image can be pulled.
Otherwise you can build an autoinstall floppy in Step 6: Setup Networking... You also want to make sure that there is no other DHCP server in the subnet that is conflicting with the one that OSCAR installs on the headnode.
