For Fedora Core 3, the bittorrent and python-crypto RPMs are available in the extras:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/3/i386/
 
Remember to check in the SRPMs if they are different from the ones already in the repository.

I think the above link does not have the python-crypto rpm. So I add the
link for it.
