Just do whatever makes sense:

- if the ones from DAG work, use that (so you don't need to check in
unnecessary SRPMs)
- if they don't, you have no choice but to check in the ones from extra
and the corresponding SRPMs

P.S. Users are not expected to have RPMs from extra, so the RPMs need to
be included in our distribution.
