Hi DongInn: As far as I know all the directories in src/ except for cli/ were the GUI code that NCSA worked on. They were never integrated into OSCAR and it has been so long and I doubt anybody would pick them up now.
It is a pity, but my suggestion is to clean house and remove those files. No point wasting time in maintaining the code. They will still be available via SVN if someone wants to take a look at them in the future (perhaps someone can put a link in the wiki?) My $0.02.
