Hi Amit,

I checked the code and it should check into /var/lib/oscar/packages/ (cf. 
populateConfiguratorList in lib/OSCAR/Configurator.pm, this function is 
supposed to figure out where is the package).
Can you tell me what is the content of the /var/lib/oscar/packages/condor 
directory? Do you still have something related to Condor in 
$(OSCAR_HOME)/packages?
