Hi Tom, 

Sorry for the delay in answering. pxelinux.0 should come from the
syslinux package. That package is installed earlier in setup_pxe. Can
you check (rpm -q syslinux) and see if it is installed? Assuming that
it's not, there should have been some sort of error earlier on in
setup_pxe with the installation. If you still have the log, can you take
a look or send it to me?
