Are you installing from CVS?  AFAIK, that's the only version of OSCAR that
has the new version of SI, which I think is the error message that you're
showing down below.

If this is the case, ensure that the rsyncd is started on the server.
There's a minor bug in the SI RPM in CVS (they're working on a fix) that
doesn't start the rsyncd server properly.  If ps shows that it isn't
running, do the following:

        /etc/rc.d/init.d/systemimager restart
